All our products are hand painted in India.

What is the time for dispatching orders?

For products available in stock it will take 1 to 3 days to prepare the order for dispatch.

For products made on order, usually the time frame for manufacturing will be anytime between 3-15 business working days depending upon the product to be made. Every piece is handcrafted at the workshop and goes through multiple processes before we are able to create the perfect art piece for you.

How do I track my order?

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a courier tracking number through email (shopjoshibatik@gmail.com).

What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

  • Cash on Delivery 
  • Google Pay
  • Paytm
  • Bank Transfer
What are the accepted payment methods for international transactions?

We accept payments for international transactions through PayPal.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on joshibatikin as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate. 

Please be noted that as the work done is entirely handmade, it is not possible to produce exact 100% copies of a product as is common with handicrafts. There might be slight difference  in colour shades. 

Can I request of copy of my invoice or receipt?
  • We send your invoice along with the shipment. 
  • If you need another copy, simply e-mail us at shopjoshibatik@gmail.com and we will e-mail you a copy.
How do I know I can trust ordering from you?

I have a coupon. How do I redeem it?

If you have a coupon that you would like to redeem, there is a place for you to enter the coupon code in the checkout page. 

How can I cancel my order?

Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase through emailing us at shopjoshibatik@gmail.com . Please provide the order number & its shipping address in your email for which you are requesting cancellation.
